Nestled in the heart of Costa Rica's Osa Peninsula, Todo Amor is a pristine oceanfront property — completely off-grid and spread over 3 acres where the jungle meets the sea.
In 2022, National Geographic named the Osa Peninsula the most bio-intense place on the planet. Unspoilt jungle and beaches. A short plane ride from the States.
The Breathwork
Daisy has been teaching breathwork and sound healing full time for six years. She has worked with Four Seasons, Plaza Athénée, Live Nation, Ruggable and Notable Health. Her podcast is part of the in-flight entertainment on British Airways and Qatar Airways.
This is not breathwork as you know it. Every session is soundtracked, intentional and held with complete care. You will go places you didn't expect. You will feel things you forgot were there.

What Your Days Look Like
Rise with the sun. Gather. Sip tea and coffee.
6:30am
Dawn. Breathe. Move.
Your first session of the day, led by Daisy. Breathwork soundtracked to the vibe of the day. Bookended by gentle yoga to open the body and yin to close. This will be the deepest you have ever gone in breathwork. And some days, closing the session together in the ocean will be completely right.
7:30am – 10am
10am - 11:30am
Brunch
Action-focused free time. Horse riding, catamarans, surf lessons, kayaks, jungle hikes that end in waterfalls. The day is as magical and as action-packed as you have capacity for.
11:30 – 1:30pm
1:30pm – 2:30pm
Lunch
Dusk. Hear. Become. Your second session of the day, led by Daisy. Evening-style breathwork — slow, gentle, full of reflection. The sound bath is deliberate and easy. It'll move you through time, space and all the parts of you that live between them.
6:30pm – 7:30pm
Dinner
Restorative free time. Chill at the beach, book a massage, read by the pool.
2:30pm – 5pm
5pm – 6:30pm
After dinner: an early night, or join Daisy for 90s trivia and old school games — sardines is her childhood favourite. Lights out by 9:30pm.
Food
All meals are included. Light, delicious, fresh and organic. Regional specialties and international dishes using locally sourced ingredients. Coffee, tea, juice and fruit available throughout the day. All dietary needs are met — just let us know.

Getting There
From LA it's a 5.5 hour flight to San Jose, Costa Rica (SJO). From NYC, about 5 hours.
From SJO, take a 45 minute connecting flight on Sansa Airlines to Puerto Jimenez.
We recommend the nonstop redeye from LA or NYC (Delta, United or Avianca) arriving around 5–7am, leaving plenty of time for your connection. On your return, book Sansa no later than 2pm — the earlier the better.
